DEKA Roadshows — Midwest Coordinator
BRING DEKA TO
YOUR GYM.
A full DEKA event at your facility — equipment, judging, timing, and promotion handled. Your members race, your community shows up, and new athletes walk through your door.
2026 IS FULL.
NOW BOOKING 2027.
Every 2026 date is taken — every weekend locked in across the Midwest. 2027 dates are open now, and the best weekends go first. Book a call to get your gym on the map.
I handle equipment, logistics, and execution. Your only job is showing up for your members.
A shared challenge bonds a membership like nothing else. A Roadshow turns casual members into invested ones.
Local athletes come to you. It's a high-energy open house that introduces your brand to new prospects on event day.
WHY HOST A ROADSHOW?
DEKA is built for every fitness level — from first-timers to competitors. The format gives every member a measurable benchmark, regardless of where they're starting from.
Vague goals kill motivation. DEKA gives every athlete a global benchmark — a concrete number they can chase. Members shift from showing up to training with a target.
I've worked with the DEKA ecosystem to build a proven marketing checklist for event promotion. No guessing on your end.
When athletes post their PRs and medals, your gym is in the background. Events generate authentic content that works for you long after the day ends.
Visiting athletes experience your facility at its best. A Roadshow is a conversion event — it gives prospects a reason to walk through the door.
Members who compete together stick together. The shared experience builds loyalty that gym software can't manufacture.
Indoor space — minimum 50' × 30' for full equipment layout
Setup, tear down, and station judging on event day
Minimum for a successful event — I'll help you get there
My DEKA Story
DEKA IS A FAMILY THING.
DEKA isn't just a hobby for me — it's in my blood. My whole family competes. We race DEKA and Spartan together, all of us wired the same way: competitive to the core. These events give us the perfect arena to go head-to-head and bring out the best in each other.
Some of my favorite memories are relay races — including the time my 81-year-old grandpa and I teamed up at the Fort Wayne DEKA Fit. That moment says everything about what this sport is. It doesn't matter your age. It pulls people together and lights them up.
Being part of this community also led me to my second family: Underdog Fitness. My family met Kevin Gregory at DEKA Worlds in Atlantic City, and we've been close friends ever since. That relationship eventually brought me into the Underdog pack as an Underdog Fitness coach — and I'm genuinely blessed to be part of it.
A Saturday morning Roadshow can be the most talked-about event your gym runs all year. If you want to bring that energy to your community, let's make it happen.
