The Story

BUILT ON GRIT

It started at Journey 333 — my first exposure to DEKA. I saw firsthand what it could do for athletes and clients, and I was hooked. The sport combined everything I cared about: strength, endurance, and real competition. I knew I had to get in it myself.

I jumped in. Over the years I've raced across the Midwest, earning 2nd place at the 2025 DEKA Fit Chicago in the 18–24 age group and 3rd place at the 2024 DEKA World Championships. Every event sharpened my understanding of what it takes — and what it means — to be a true DEKA athlete.

After high school I went to Aurora University, studying Business Administration and Exercise Science while competing as a wrestler. I didn't stop there — I went back for my Master's in Business Administration, all while staying as involved in DEKA as I could. That commitment eventually led to where I am now: Midwest Roadshow Coordinator. My mission is simple — bring this high-energy, life-changing event to as many gyms and communities across the Midwest as possible.
